Mr. Mastro is a Senior Vice President and Portfolio Manager. He is responsible for managing a portfolio of middle-market loan transactions as well as other managerial and operational responsibilities. Mr. Mastro has over 13 years of experience in asset-based lending and structured finance. Prior to Monroe, Mr. Mastro was a Senior Vice President with Bank of America Business Capital in which he was responsible for managing a portfolio of asset-based loan transactions in the Central region and Canada. Prior to Bank of America, Mr. Mastro worked with Fleet Capital Corporation and a predecessor company (Sanwa Business Credit Corporation) from 1995-2002 in various capacities including portfolio management, underwriting, field exam and problem loan workouts. Mr. Mastro earned his B.A. in Business from Lake Forest College and his M.B.A. in Finance and International Business from Loyola University Chicago. Mr. Mastro is a member of the Commercial Finance Association and the Turnaround Management Association.
